Detox Treatment

Substance abuse can result in significant physical side effects –or withdrawals– that require specialized care under the watchful guidance of experienced specialists. While it is highly recommended one goes through the withdrawal and detox process at a treatment center such as ours, the decision to stop using drugs or alcohol can be a difficult one. Rest assured, we will be with you every step of the way, and provide a safe and relaxing environment to recover.

Residential Treatment

Once our medical professionals have safely completed your detoxification process, the next step in your recovery journey may include our inpatient residential program to help in the stabilization process. In this stage, you will begin to participate in our evidentiary-based and holistic treatment schedule. Our team will create a specialized treatment plan that will include individual one-on-one sessions with our licensed therapist, group processing with a focus on trauma and coping skills, and a more holistic approach to recovery that includes acupuncture, reiki, sound bath, meditation, breathwork, and yoga to name a few.

Aftercare Planning

The two primary types of substance use treatment programs are inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Once you have completed detox and/or residential programming, our clinical team will work with you on the next step of your recovery journey. This typically includes outpatient level of care. The length of time for outpatient care is typically 60-90 days, and provides the safety net of a therapeutic setting, five days a week, while you begin to explore life in sobriety and more independent living.

We provide comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions. If you have any questions about conditions not listed, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), commonly known as alcoholism, is a chronic and potentially severe medical condition characterized by an individual's inability to control their alcohol consumption despite adverse consequences on their physical health, mental well-being, and personal relationships. It often involves a strong craving for alcohol, tolerance, and withdrawal symptoms when trying to cut down or stop drinking. AUD can have a profound impact on one's life, but with the right support and treatment, recovery is possible, and individuals can regain control over their lives and health.
Opioid dependency is a devastating public health crisis characterized by the compulsive use of opioid substances, including prescription painkillers and illegal drugs like heroin. It can lead to physical and psychological dependence, withdrawal symptoms, and severe health consequences. Opioid addiction not only affects the individual but also has a profound impact on families, communities, and society as a whole. Effective prevention, treatment, and support are essential in addressing this complex and challenging issue, helping individuals regain control of their lives and fostering a healthier future.
Benzodiazepine dependency is a serious and potentially life-altering condition characterized by the compulsive and harmful use of medications in the benzodiazepine class, such as Xanax or Valium. These drugs are often prescribed for anxiety, insomnia, or seizure disorders but can lead to dependence and addiction when misused. Benzodiazepine addiction can result in a range of physical, psychological, and social consequences, including withdrawal symptoms, impaired cognitive function, strained relationships, and a reduced quality of life. Seeking professional help and support is essential for those struggling with benzodiazepine addiction to regain control of their lives and achieve lasting recovery.
Heroin dependency is a devastating and life-altering condition characterized by the compulsive use of heroin, an opioid drug derived from morphine. It is known for its highly addictive nature and destructive consequences on physical, mental, and social well-being. Heroin abuse can lead to a range of health issues, including overdose, infections, and long-term damage to vital organs. Overcoming heroin addiction often requires comprehensive treatment, including medical interventions, counseling, and support to help individuals regain control of their lives and achieve recovery. Early intervention and support are crucial in addressing this challenging and dangerous addiction.
Methamphetamine dependency, commonly known as meth addiction, is a serious and often devastating substance use disorder characterized by the compulsive use of methamphetamine, a powerful and highly addictive stimulant. Meth dependency can have severe physical, mental, and social consequences, including deteriorating physical health, cognitive impairment, strained relationships, and legal issues. It is a challenging condition to overcome, often requiring professional help, therapy, and support from loved ones. Early intervention and treatment are crucial in addressing the harmful effects of meth dependency and helping individuals on the path to recovery.
Dual diagnosis, also known as co-occurring disorders, refers to the presence of both a mental health disorder and a substance use disorder in an individual simultaneously. This complex interplay of conditions can complicate diagnosis and treatment, as each condition may exacerbate the other. Effective treatment for dual diagnosis typically involves an integrated approach that addresses both the mental health and substance use aspects, aiming to provide comprehensive care and support for individuals facing these challenging conditions.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
Detoxification refers to medically-supervised withdrawal management services. No Matter What Recovery Detox offers drug & alcohol detoxification services in combination with our residential inpatient program. Most common substances that individuals are seeking treatment for include: alcohol, benzos, fentanyl, GHB, heroin, opioids, methamphetamines, and others. The detoxification process usually takes from 7-10 days and is monitored by a physician and a nurse. During this level of care, most patients are resting comfortably and nourishing their body with food.

When people typically think of rehab, residential inpatient treatment is most often what they are referring to. The Residential program at No Matter What Recovery Detox specializes in treating substance use disorder. The initial few weeks of getting clean can be tough to navigate without specialists helping to ensure your safety and commitment. Our residential program features wraparound case management, individual sessions with a licensed therapist, thought-provoking group sessions with Master’s level or certified clinicians, and a safe place for someone to begin their healing journey. We treat the mind, body, and spirit.
The first 24 hours of treatment at No Matter What Recovery Detox will be focused on making sure you are comfortable and safe. When you first enter our doors, our team will get you settled with a private tour, personal intake session, and an assessment by our treatment team. Most likely you will be wanting some immediate relief from withdrawal symptoms which is why our nursing staff will participate during the intake process and introduce you to our medical director within hours of entering our doors.
No Matter What Recovery Detox works with most major insurance carriers that offer out-of-network benefits – which is typically most PPO policies. In addition to that, we offer affordable cash pay options for our luxury program in Southern California. We unfortunately do not accept Medi-Cal, Medicaid or Medicare policies, however we can provide a list of resources if that is your preference.
LGBTQ+ affirming care is culturally responsive treatment delivered in a safe and respectful environment by recognizing the substantial impact of sexuality or gender identity on one’s health. This affirming care encourages open communication with our treatment team and ensures all patients receive quality treatment.
Medication Assisted Treatment –or more commonly referred to as MAT– is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, which is effective in the treatment of opioid use disorders (OUD) and can help individuals sustain recovery. MAT may include the use of Suboxone, Subutex or Vivitrol as continued treatment. Our medical director will work with you to see if this is a fit, and provide possible options.
Our main goal is safety and comfort. We ensure that the client is receiving the best medical care possible during the detoxification process. Once you are cleared by our medical director and your treatment team, you will begin to participate in the residential programming schedule which will include one-on-one and group therapy, holistic treatment, exercise, and more. You will also begin to engage more with a community of others in recovery who can support you on your own journey in sobriety.

We also work with you on aftercare planning while treating the initial stages of withdrawal. From your very first day, you will have the ability to relax, reflect, and regroup. You do not have to do this alone, and we are here to help every step of the way.
